04 / QUESTIONS
The things people ask before they start.
If your question isn’t here, it probably deserves a real answer rather than a canned one — write to us and we’ll reply ourselves.
- 01
- What exactly does madeable make?
- A real website. You describe what you want in plain language and madeable returns a complete, responsive page you can preview, refine section by section, publish, or export as clean HTML.
- 02
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. Everything happens through description. If you do read code, the export tab shows you exactly what was made — nothing is hidden behind a proprietary format.
- 03
- Can I change one part without redoing the whole page?
- Yes. Once a page exists, the editor lists its sections. Pick a section, describe the change, and only that part is rebuilt. Everything else stays untouched.
- 04
- What if I don't like a change?
- Every build is saved to version history. Open the history panel, find an earlier version, and restore it in one click.
- 05
- Where do published sites live?
- Every published site gets a public address under madeable. Connecting your own domain is on the way.
- 06
- What do the plans include?
- Studio, Workshop and Kiln all include the editor, hosting, exports and version history. They differ in how many sites and generations you get each month.
- 07
- What are credits for?
- Credits cover generations beyond what your plan includes. Top up whenever you want; unused credits stay on your account.
- 08
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from your studio. Your published sites stay live until the end of the paid period, and your exports are yours forever.
