30-day money-back guarantee
madeable, operated by madeable llc, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a subscription or a credit pack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or email support@madeable.dev and we will help you. Paddle handles the payment and returns the funds to your original payment method.
How long it takes
Once a refund is approved, Paddle processes it promptly. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your studio or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. A renewal charge is refundable within 30 days of that charge under this policy.
Credit packs
Credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase. If you have already used some of the credits from a pack, we may refund the unused portion; where the pack is largely unused we will refund it in full.
