Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with
madeable is operated by madeable llc, the seller of the services described on this site. These terms form an agreement between you and madeable llc. By creating an account or continuing to use madeable, you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you use madeable on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service
madeable is an AI-powered website builder. You describe a site in words, and madeable generates HTML that you can preview, edit, export, and publish. Features and availability may change as the product develops.
Accounts
You need an account to save sites and publish pages. You are responsible for keeping your password secure, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
Payments, subscriptions and credits
Plans are billed on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. Credits are purchased as one-time packs and roll forward while your account is active. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, together with our own refund policy on this site. Prices may change, and we will notify you before a change affects an existing subscription.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions and credit packs. Full details, including how to request a refund through Paddle, are set out in our Refund Policy.
Licence and what you own
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use madeable within your chosen plan. You own the content you provide, such as text, images, and prompts, and you own the generated HTML we create for you — you may export, modify, or host it elsewhere at any time. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
Our intellectual property
madeable llc retains all ownership of madeable itself — the software, models, interfaces, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use madeable for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam; do not generate or distribute abusive, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content; do not upload content you do not have the rights to; and do not interfere with the security of the service through malware, probing, or scraping. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying that outputs are accurate and lawful before publishing them.
AI outputs and moderation
Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and should not be relied on as professional advice without your own review. We may filter, refuse, remove, or restrict content and outputs, and we may act on rights-holder complaints sent to legal@madeable.dev, including removing content and terminating repeat infringers.
Service level
madeable is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
You can cancel your account at any time from the studio. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you can export your sites during a reasonable window before your data is deleted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify madeable llc against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Major changes will be announced in the studio or by email.
